Atlas Strategy Group provides market research, R&D consultancy, and business expansion strategy services. The specifics of each engagement are defined in a separate statement of work agreed between both parties before work commences.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and imagery — is the property of Atlas Strategy Group and protected under UK intellectual property law. Deliverables produced for clients are transferred upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant personnel, and the resources necessary for us to deliver agreed work. Delays caused by unavailable client input may affect project timelines and deliverables.
Fees & Payment
Fees for services are outlined in the statement of work. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under UK law.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any working relationship and is governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
Atlas Strategy Group provides advisory services based on research and analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to any claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
